Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • We will ship within two business days after your order.
  • We will only ship to your billing address if you pay via Credit card or Paypal.
  • Shipment address must be the same as the Credit card billing address.
  • Once your order has been shipped; we will send the tracking number to you.
  • We ship by either UPS or USPS and it depends on the weight of the item.
  • Free shipping within USA, 48 states only.
  • Because we don't ship to PO boxes so we must have your street (physical) address.
  • If the shipping goes well without delay, you will get your item within 3-7 days.
  • Please note: After your order has been shipped, it might take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update its tracking information.

 Warranty Information: 

  • Warranty for RO parts is 12 months.
  • If the product is found defective within 3 months from purchase date, wewill replace defective parts completely free of charge.
  • If it is after 3 months from purchase date, you will have to pay the S&Hfor the replacement part(s).(The buyer have to return the defective parts if requested)
  • The following situations are not included in the warranty:
  1. The item was bought more than a year ago.
  2. The item was damaged by low temperatures or improper use.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order before item shipped.

Once item shipped, you can refuse the package when arrival, once item return to us, refund will be issued.
All shipments are fully insured; damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly.

If you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by the carrier's inspectors may be necessary.
Return for refund, Items must be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days after you send the item back. A refund will credit to your original payment method.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship to Canada by UPS courier, other countries by US post services.


Q: Is the free shipping suitable for Alaska or Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
A: Our Free shipping benefits only for Continental 48 lower states.
All buyers must provide physical address and not PO box.

Q: Why is the price so cheap?
A: We deal with Ten Ye water filter System Company in Taiwan. Every month a mast of merchandises will be shipped to the US. Because we deal in mast amounts, the price would be lower. So that is why our items were sold inexpensively.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we do combine shipping at our website.

Q: What is the Warranty?
A: We provide one year warranty for all of our RO parts.
